Came in for an AC repair and they were very honest and fair. My AC has never been colder! Great costumer service keep you updated throughout the repair and tell you only what you need no unnecessary upselling. Bonus the Charles at the front desk is so amazing! :)

I drove from the other side of town because i got a good deal on Groupon here. As soon as you walk in, it is a friendly atmosphere. They were quick and efficient. I notice my car running smoother as soon as I left the parking lot. I am always worried to come to auto places solo as a female but this place was fair and honest. I had a great experience with Moe at MasterTech. It’s hard to find a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy these days, but Moe truly stands out. My AC completely stopped working and with the heat starting to pick up, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. They told me I could come in, so I arrived right when they opened at 8 a.m. Moe was quick, professional, and gave me a clear quote upfront. What really impressed me was his honesty and integrity. When I came back, he let me know that something he originally thought needed to be moved actually didn’t need to be, so he reduced the price. That level of transparency is rare and really meant a lot. Even though they close early on Saturdays at 3 p.m., he still managed to get everything fixed the same day and had my car ready for pickup. Fast, honest, and reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending Moe at MasterTech Auto Repair Center to my family and friends.
